US Immigration Solution

With the influx of people in the US some people do not like immigrants.  I have their solution:

- Raise sales tax everywhere.
- Give citizens a tax break when they file their taxes.

Theoretically solved!

Mathematical Continuity

How deep does the continuity go?
From zero and take 1 step you might know
to a point with a line is is not a function though
A tangents depth must one know

Tangents are as good as an arch
Deper and deeper your imagination will march
Can a line infinitesimally take shape
Nearness implies a smooth fate

We see continuity at every place
Things are a smooth manifold face
If you pick a point there is another that captures
epsilon and delta lines a proof that matters

All that is to looked at by another
Hope your calculations wont bother
Almost everything is a manifold
So I will stop before I get too old!

Baby Arithmetic

I think that the amount of money you have available in your assets after 1 year of life with bills determines weather or not you should have a baby or not.  Is this formula correct?  Its a rather obvious calculation about income. I believe there is a threshold for how much money you need to have in order to support a child.  What is the critical value after 1 year?  I believe you cannot save for a baby.  Someone please look into this mathematical claim...

Bringing Boys And Girls To Computer Science With 'Alice'

Bringing Boys And Girls To Computer Science With 'Alice'
ScienceDaily (2009-06-29) -- A nationwide study is using the power of storytelling to draw younger students into programming. An animation program called "Alice," allows student programmers of all ages to create their own worlds without realizing they're actually writing code.
